…my conversation was challenging with a colleague on our team, but I realized quite clearly that the challenges are theirs to conquer and not mine … thanks to you.
Didn’t come to a solution but it is clear that the ball is in my colleagues court and if they want to be a part of a collaborative team then they can play or if not, then one of us will need to make some tough choices.
The fact that I am not in emotional turmoil and can see clearly is because of our work together…so ‘thank you’!L.O.B.
I was referred to Juel to assist me in coaching at my workplace. She assisted me in so many areas of my life, and helped me to learn about myself again. I would recommend coaching with Juel as she was so supportive, perceptive and friendly. Her coaching has helped me to say no to people, to put myself first and to work towards my goals. Juel is a wonderful person and a great life coach!Leanne W.
I have a had the pleasure of knowing Juel Chouinard for over 25 years. When Juel expressed an interest in coaching I knew that this would be a natural extension of the active listening she has always possessed as a friend. Over the past 6 months I’ve had the opportunity to work with Juel on a professional level. Exploring work and personal issues with Juel’s guidance has provided clarity and direction that had been lacking prior to our work together. I would highly recommend Juel to anyone seeking a personal coach.Samantha R-T
I have known John and Juel both personally and professionally for a number of years. They have both helped to shape my career through direct support and through modelling an admirable work ethic. They are the sort that inspire you to be more than you are. In terms of coaching, I have had the privilege to work with both John and Juel. In working with both of them I found them keen listeners, and able to assist me in teasing out what I wanted and needed to happen in my personal and professional sphere when I was unable to do this for myself. They were both sensitive, which was important to me because traumatic circumstances initially led me to coaching. As well, I found the coaching useful in that it helps me to be in better tune with myself after our coaching relationships naturally ended. I appreciate what each of them gave to me, and would heartedly recommend working with them to anyone.Lyndsay M.
Thanks for the precision and honing down of my focus for the next month or so. There has been so many details to think about but now the big day is here I feel I have a new focus to work on.
My life is definitely on a different path because you are in it; you are one of the supports I need to keep my own self on track and healthy!Kim T.
Thank you to Juel Chouinard for coaching me through my professional and personal changes. First and foremost, she listened to my challenges and always came back with tools and thought provoking ideas to help me focus. She helped me clarify my priorities and always encouraged self-discovery by suggesting strategies. I felt like she was my partner in this life changing journey. I always felt inspired after our coaching sessions and will utilize all the tools she gave me as I continue to go forward.Lyne S.
I have had the privilege of working with Juel for almost a year. Juel is flexible with ‘meeting times,’ and always keeps her time commitments. Her flexibility extends to how responsive she can be even when topics evolve because of changes in my work. Depending on what we have talked about I may receive a follow up email with information, or resources relevant to our conversation.
Our relationship developed quickly allowing for rapport, and trust to develop. During this time Juel has supported my professional goals by helping me to clarify my direction, and challenge my thought process. Her encouragement has helped me to achieve goals, and set a path for next steps. Juel has reminded me to trust my intuition which is important in the decision-making process.
Juel’s professional coaching has helped me move my work forward, and make some progressive steps noted in the workplace.Lisa K.
